Looks like Big Ben, the star quarterback of the Pittsburgh Steelers, is in big trouble again. Ben Roethlisberger who has previously been accused of sexual assault has is now facing another round of legal wrangling for a different instance of alledged sexual assault.

According to the gossip blog TMZ.com, Ben Roethlisberger and his friends were drinking at a nightclub called Capital City, in Milledgeville, Georgia recently. A 20-year-old woman is alleging Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of the club. A source at the Milledgeville Police Department says she was allegedly “hysterical” when she arrived with three friends to file a report. She was reported to have been treated at a local hospital and then released.

Ben Roethlisberger has not yet been charged with any crimes relating to this incident. Last summer Roethlisberger was accused of sexual assault by a VIP hostess, Andrea McNulty, at a hotel-casino in Lake Tahoe on July 11, 2008. She alledged that he assaulted her last year after she came upstairs to fix a TV in his hotel suite.
