Sometimes people say psychiatrists are crazier than their patients. In this case, I might tend to agree. Dr. Steven C. Wein has been charged for masturbating in a Monte Carlo elevator while riding with 3 female university students. Apparently, hotel security camera footage provides supporting evidence of the incident.

Dr. Wein was arrested, charged with open and gross lewdness (gross is an understatement), a misdemeanor, and released on $1,000 bond.

Then the wacky doctor was arrested in Yuma, Ariz. with instructions to commit to arson. Authorities claim Dr. FeelGood was going to intimidate the witnesses just prior to a hearing related to his Monte Carlo lewd act. Wein posted a $15,000 bond the day following his second arrest.

Because of the implications of trying to intimidate witnesses, authorities revoked Wein's Las Vegas bail bond. He is now back in custody without bail awaiting hearings for the two different incidents.
